Sidney wins second Corner baseball title in three years.

Both Nishnabotna and Sidney won their 12th consecutive games Friday night, leaving the Cowboys with a two game lead with one game to go in the Corner Conference season.

Botna posted a 16-6 win over Villisca, the Blue Devils 12th in a row. Andrew Thompson picked up the win. Sidney won 20-4 in Stanton to clinch the title. the Cowboys are 12-1 in the conference. Botna is 10-3.

Sidney won the title backin 2010. Botna won it last season in 2011.
